Kau Yan College has enjoyed a close relationship with our sister school, Niagara Christian Community of Schools (NCC), Ontario, Canada for more than ten years. This relationship has been fostered through two successful programmes between the schools. The first is an exchange programme where KYC hosts NCC exchange students from Canada for a period of three weeks during the school year. The NCC students are introduced to Hong Kong culture and school life as they stay with local families, attend classes at KYC and enhance the English rich environment within the school. The second programme involves KYC students attending the NCC Summer Camp where students are immersed in English by attending lessons and experiencing the Canadian culture. Both programmes are mutually beneficial to students from KYC and NCC as they experience the traditions and languages of another culture. We look forward to continuing our strong friendship with NCC.
