Chinese Historical and Cultural Centre
The Chinese Historical and Cultural Centre, opened in recent years, aims to immerse students in the splendour of Chinese culture. Outside the centre, the Ancient Chinese Characters Wall illustrates the structural evolution of Chinese Characters over 5,000 years. Inside the centre, traditional Chinese instruments are displayed, allowing students to perform from time to time. Our Chinese Culture Ambassadors also host a variety of cultural activities in the centre, such as Tea Art, Calligraphy Sessions, and Culture Salons.
Makerspace
The Makerspace, also established in recent years, provides students with opportunities to use various tools and machines to unleash their creativity in designing and inventing. Equipped with diverse 3D printing devices and laser cutting and engraving machines, the Makerspace enables students to turn their ideas into tangible creations.
Science Corridor
The Science Corridor, newly established in recent years, regularly showcases various experiments related to daily life. This initiative encourages students to explore science through everyday experiences, embodying the spirit of the school-based "eLife@KYC" science curriculum.
Integrated Arts Room
Integrated Arts Room provides a pleasant and spacious environment for junior form students to have Music lessons and for senior form students to have Aesthetic Development lessons. Besides, it provides additional space for various cultural activities after school. The staircase serves as the platform for School Choir practice. The Mini Stage offers an ideal venue for A Cappella and drama performance whereas the full-length mirror is installed for dance practice.
Hall
Located on the ground floor, the hall serves as a venue for ceremonies, flag-raising events, school assemblies, and a wide variety of learning activities, providing a grand setting for important school gatherings.
