A Taste of Song Dynasty Elegance: "Diancha" Tea Experience
Our school invited a professional tea master to guide students through the rich history and culture of Song Dynasty Diancha (tea whisking). After admiring traditional utensils, students transformed into "little tea masters" for a fun hands-on session! They carefully practiced the ancient whisking techniques until a dense, snow-white foam appeared on their tea.
This rewarding event allowed students to learn an intangible cultural heritage while experiencing the beauty of Eastern aesthetics and mindfulness.
