The 75th Anniversary of Kau Yan College Memorabilia Collection Campaign
Dear Alumni,
You are cordially invited to take part in our memorabilia collection campaign. To commemorate our long history and precious memories, we hope you could share with us any cherished photos and memorabilia you may have from your school days. Your contribution can bring back milestone moments to life in a way that resonates down the centuries.
Memorabilia categories:
- Photos of special occasions
Examples: school activities, class photos, sports days, etc.
- Commemorative items
Examples: graduation books, school souvenirs, school certificates, etc.
- Clothing
Examples: class T-shirts, old-style school jackets, old-style PE uniforms, spirit wear, etc.
- Others: Any other items that evoke fond memories of the nostalgic school days
Submission requirements:
1. Submission method: The digital photos should be uploaded through the link below: [Upload Photos].
2. Photo format: High resolution photos, preferably in JPEG or PNG format, should be provided.
3. Captions: State the year and provide a brief description of the items or the moments captured, if possible.
4. Authorisation statement: Items submitted are limited to commemorative purposes and will be exhibited during the school open day.
5. Submission deadline: 31st July, 2025
6. Privacy policy statement: Your personal data will be safeguarded, and all information will be used exclusively for the school's 75th anniversary celebrations.
