Objectives
Biology is the study of living things. It is a branch in the study of natural science. It includes aspects range from the study of molecular mechanisms in cells, to the structures and processes in organisms, their classification, behavior and evolution, and their interaction in ecosystems.
There is a special focus on the concepts of scientific inquiry processes and experimental skills. In addition, the subject knowledge is highly related to daily life and so understanding of daily applications of biological knowledge is stressed.
